Today, women represent the most significant disruptive force of the global economy — and the world is unprepared. Women are also the single largest productive economic force and drive almost every economic indicator for businesses. To ignite higher value, reach audacious goals, and building more purpose-driven ventures demands a new kind of thinking. World Woman Launchpad is right on timing and to see what’s possible in the near future. We believe that the global economy and the planet can realize its full potential by equal participation of women innovation and

Our moonshot to #equalfuture is possible. We see investing in women is as a great equaliser.

Our mission to mobilize one billion capital to invest into women, to then ultimately benefit female founders that drives #equalfuture by 2030

The Problem
We’re Solving

82% Women believe that having a mentor is an asset

Estimates 217 years to achieve gender parity

72% female founders lack of access to capital

Women are starting businesses 4.8 times faster than the national average, yet there is a complete lack of funding options to get our businesses off the ground, and growing, without putting us into debt.

Access to

While 72% of female founders will cite lack of access to capital as the #1 barrier to starting a business, almost 50% of women cite lack of access to coaches and mentors, who have “been there, done that” as a major barrier.

Only 3% of businesses, regardless of the gender of the founder, will ever raise venture capital. So, how do 97% of businesses get their startup funding?

30% of women cite lack of access to a support system, community, and connections to help them level up as another huge barrier to launching a business.

When you invest in women,
you invest in the future

We know to build #equalfuture that is both dynamic and inclusive, we must ensure that everyone has equal opportunity. When women and girls are not integrated as both beneficiary and shaper, the global community loses out on skills, ideas and perspectives that are critical for addressing global challenges and harnessing new opportunities. In this new context, the integration of women to drive inclusive innovation is imperative for a thriving economy and resilient planet.

Yield Better

Businesses founded by women ultimately deliver higher revenue—more than twice as much per dollar invested—than those founded by men.

Companies with gender-diverse leadership teams outperformed their less-diverse counterparts by 25 percent.

When you invest in women. They reinvest 80% of their income in the wellbeing and education of their families

Employment by women-owned businesses rose 8 percent, while for all businesses the increase was 1.8 percent
